To qualify, educators must have lived and worked in Ras Al Khaimah for at least three years, hold a master’s or PhD, and show a proven track record of elevating their school’s performance. Applicants need to provide documents like proof of employment, residency, and evidence of their contributions to student success. Once approved by the RAK Department of Knowledge (RAK DOK), they can complete their visa process through federal authorities.
The benefits extend to family members, including spouses, parents, and children, who can also gain long-term residency. With no fees for the eligibility review and a streamlined two-week application process, the initiative makes the path to a Golden Visa easier than ever.
“This program celebrates the dedication and innovation of educators who are shaping the future of Ras Al Khaimah’s students,” said Dr. Abdulrahman Al Naqbi, RAKDOK board member. “By empowering top educators, we’re building a world-class education system that inspires talent, innovation, and success for generations to come.”
