Spanning multiple zones and accommodating up to 200 crew members at a time, the space includes everything from a beauty and wellbeing hub to workstations, lounges, and document services. Crew can grab a coffee, consult with wellness experts, collect devices, or book travel — all in one place.
Among the seven dedicated zones is the Crew Engagement Zone, where staff can stay informed about Emirates’ latest initiatives, complete workshops, and participate in training. The One Device Hub provides assistance with company-issued iPhones and iPads, while the Facilities Distribution Service area acts as a one-stop station for collecting visas, documents, and equipment.
The Beauty Hub, introduced in 2023, has also been integrated into the new facility, offering personalised consultations on make-up, skincare, nutrition and fitness five days a week.
Additional areas include a lounge for unwinding with colleagues, a computer zone with high-speed internet and printing services, and Crew Connect Services, which offers round-the-clock operational support for any crew queries.
