Centred around the theme of ‘reconnect’, the Bluewaters Art Festival brings together more than 20 artworks and a curated line-up of live music and interactive activities. Visitors can explore exhibits and outdoor sculptures daily from 4pm to midnight, with performances scheduled on April 12, 13, 19 and 20 at 6pm, 8.30pm and 10.30pm at The Avenue.
Workshops are also part of the programme – from tote bag painting to canvas roll art. Guests who spend Dhs150 at any Bluewaters venue can join selected sessions on a first-come, first-served basis. Activities are available for both children and adults, and include:
– Kids Fluid Bear Painting, Air-Dry Clay Art, Tote Bag Painting
– Adult Canvas Painting and Shadow Cutter workshops
– Community-led experiences like flower arranging at The Pods and ceramic art at Ribambelle
There will also be a special showcase at the Kanvas Immersive Room on April 12, 13, 19 and 20 at 5pm.
