The tower will rise 350 metres high and include a range of exclusive offerings, from private lounges and members-only spaces to a rooftop pool and ultra-luxury suites. Two signature penthouses will crown the tower, each featuring its own sky pool and panoramic views of the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf.
Located next to the Shangri-La Hotel and close to Financial Centre Metro Station, the development is inspired by the Trump Tower penthouse in New York. According to the developer, it will offer both short-term hotel stays and long-term residences.
Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, called the project a reflection of the brand’s 'commitment to excellence, luxury and innovation,' and described Dubai as 'one of the most dynamic cities on earth.'
No official completion date has been announced, but the project adds to the growing portfolio of high-rise luxury developments reshaping the Dubai skyline.
