The two-day event offers a mix of challenging courses designed to cater to participants of all ages and fitness levels. On February 1, a high-energy 400-meter course will test competitors’ speed and agility, while February 8 brings longer options with 4km and 8km races for adults, alongside shorter 600m and 1,200m runs for children aged 4 to 14.
Set against the backdrop of the amphitheatre’s blend of Islamic and Roman architecture and the natural beauty of Khorfakkan, the Tigers Challenge is more than a race. It reflects Sharjah’s dedication to encouraging healthy lifestyles and community participation in sports, drawing participants from across the UAE to test their endurance and skills.
Races will run from 7am to 5pm, giving plenty of time for families and competitors to soak in the vibrant atmosphere and coastal views. Registration is open online, and slots are filling quickly for this highly anticipated event.
