This marquee event will feature the prestigious CSI4*-W International Show Jumping Competition and the Grand Prix World Cup Qualifier, with riders from across the globe competing for a share of Dh 1.2 million in prize money. The event’s courses will include jumps reaching heights of up to 1.55m, showcasing the very best in equestrian talent.
The season’s launch coincides with the debut of ADEC’s state-of-the-art equestrian venue, an expansive 54-acre facility designed to elevate the experience for riders, horses, and spectators. The venue boasts cutting-edge indoor, covered, and outdoor arenas, lush grass paddocks, extensive hacking tracks, and premium seating for visitors. Future enhancements will include luxury amenities such as high-end boutiques, wellness services, and fine dining, blending the thrill of the sport with a sophisticated lifestyle atmosphere.
Ali Al Shaiba, Director General of ADEC, highlighted the significance of this development, stating that the new venue reaffirms the UAE’s dedication to preserving and promoting equestrian heritage on an international stage.
