Slated for completion in 2028, the resort is expected to attract 1.7 million visitors annually, reinforcing Dubai’s reputation as a global hub for wellness tourism.
Designed as an immersive retreat, Therme Dubai will feature the world’s largest indoor botanical garden, three cascading waterfalls, and a vast 4,500-square-metre indoor and terrace pool. The resort will be divided into three distinct zones: ‘Restore’, a thermal complex with saunas, mineral-rich pools, and steam rooms for deep relaxation; ‘Relax’, an adults-only area with outdoor thermal baths and hydrotherapy treatments; and ‘Play’, a family-friendly zone with interactive water attractions, 15 slides, and experiential art installations.
Inspired by ancient bathing traditions from around the world, Therme Dubai will offer wellness experiences rooted in Roman, Turkish, and Nordic spa culture. Guests will have access to luxurious spa treatments, natural therapy pools, and cutting-edge relaxation technologies. In line with Dubai’s environmental goals, the resort will operate with 90 percent water recycling in its pools and use 80 percent renewable energy for cooling and ventilation, setting new standards for sustainability in the wellness sector.
