Interestingly, 76% of UAE professionals are actively job hunting, with over half (53%) aiming to transition into new industries. This shift aligns with global trends as workers increasingly prioritize dynamic sectors offering long-term growth and stability.
While HR professionals acknowledge the challenge of finding qualified talent, with only 23% of applications meeting job requirements, there remains optimism among job seekers. Over half (53%) believe 2025 will bring better opportunities, driven by a robust job market and the UAE’s continued economic growth.
