Air Arabia Abu Dhabi Adds Yekaterinburg to Its Route Map

UAE travellers can now fly directly to the Russian city of Yekaterinburg, thanks to a new route launched by Air Arabia Abu Dhabi on December 27. The twice-weekly service connects Zayed International Airport to Koltsovo International Airport, eliminating the need for layovers.

This new addition marks the airline’s second destination in Russia, following Moscow, and boosts Air Arabia Abu Dhabi’s growing network to 29 routes across the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, and beyond. Destinations range from cultural hubs like Tbilisi and Amman to relaxing escapes like Salalah and Kochi.

Adel Al Ali, Group CEO of Air Arabia, highlighted the significance of the launch: 'We are delighted to introduce this new route to Yekaterinburg, the second Russian city Air Arabia Abu Dhabi now serves after Moscow. This addition strengthens the capital’s connectivity with key destinations, enhancing travel options for our customers while contributing to the growth of the UAE’s travel and tourism industries.'

For travellers eager to experience Russia’s vibrant cultural scene, snowy landscapes, and historic charm, Yekaterinburg is now just a direct flight away.
