Microsoft Set To Generate 150,000 Jobs In The UAE

Microsoft and its partners will invest $74.4 billion in the UAE, creating over 152,500 jobs and enhancing cloud infrastructure and AI technologies.

This includes the launch of an Engineering Development Centre in Abu Dhabi, focused on AI and cybersecurity, establishing the UAE as a leader in AI innovation.

Additionally, Microsoft has partnered with the governments of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah to implement an AI skilling program aimed at training 100,000 employees across both government and private sectors. Through platforms like AI Skills Navigator, participants can follow tailored learning paths sourced from Microsoft Learn, LinkedIn, and GitHub, equipping them with the skills needed in an AI-driven economy.

As the UAE advances toward Vision 2030, this partnership is setting new standards for how technology can drive economic and social development.
